Customer Service Agent (Part-time)
About the role:
We are seeking talented part-time positioned Customer Service Agents to join our team during peak periods and busy times. To be successful in the role you will provide excellent support, have great communication skills, and exceed customer expectations.
As this role is part-time and flexible it is important you have flexibility in your schedule.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming cases via email and phone
- Contact third parties or transport distributors to resolve questions about package delivery.
- Respond to customer complaints, comments and reviews
- Guiding our customers and answering questions regarding our assortment
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS
- Experience in customer service or similar positions
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Basic technical skills and experience working in customer service software programs
- Capacity to familiarize yourself with new systems and easily absorb new information
- Team player with positive energy and commitment to solving problems
- Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry
