ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Retail Brand Activation Specialist who will elevate CAIA’s in-store experience across all markets. This hybrid role combines visual merchandising, brand activation, and retail training, ensuring that every CAIA store delivers a premium, consistent and high-performing customer experience.
You will shape how our stores express the brand visually, how our teams perform, and how seamlessly we execute campaigns and launches. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn brand strategy into practical, impactful retail execution.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Merchandising & Brand Activation
Secure high-quality VM execution across all stores (planograms, displays, windows)
Lead in-store execution for campaigns, launches and brand activations - always on time
Improve store layout and flow to support conversion and customer experience
Own the annual VM calendar and coordinate deliverables across markets
Conduct store visits and provide actionable VM feedback
Manage content updates for digital screens and signage
Distribute VM toolkits, fixture updates and creative assets
Training & Retail Excellence
Train and coach store teams in service, sales rituals and product knowledge
Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure readiness before launches
Develop training materials: decks, guides, checklists and quick-learnings
Deliver training initiatives that positively impact conversion, UPT and AOV
Process & Collaboration
Improve workflows for VM, training and communication to support scalable retail
Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative and Store Managers
Identify issues early and proactively solve problems before they impact store
Communicate clearly and visually to ensure smooth execution in all markets
QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL SKILLS
You have a strong background in visual merchandising, retail experience or retail training, ideally within beauty. You combine a sharp visual eye with operational discipline and love turning strategy into hands-on retail execution. You are structured, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, train confidently and collaborate easily with both HQ teams and store teams.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ experience in VM, retail training or brand activation (preferably beauty)
Strong visual sense and understanding of brand expression
Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communication skills
Strong project management skills - structured, organized and solution-oriented
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel across CAIA markets
