CAIA Cosmetics was founded by Bianca Ingrosso in 2018. We're a high-quality beauty brand built on the belief that beauty should be accessible to all. Our products are crafted with care, designed for effortless use, and made with the finest ingredients from world-renowned factories.

The role

CAIA is opening its first store in Denmark — Copenhagen, August 2026. The space is 230 square metres across two floors, and we're now looking for a team that will make this store a success.

We're looking for Sales Associates and Make Up Artists who love helping customers find what works for them, building real relationships, and enjoy taking responsibility for their work. If meeting people energizes you and you're the type who steps up without being asked, you'll fit right in at CAIA.

What you'll do

• Help customers find what works for them — through good listening, honest recommendations, and solid product knowledge.

• Hit your sales targets and take ownership of the store's numbers, together with your team.

• Keep the store looking its best. Tidiness and detail are part of the job, not an afterthought.

• Show up as a team player — covering for each other, sharing what you know, and making the shift better for everyone around you.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in retail and customer service.

• Someone who genuinely likes people and is comfortable on the floor.

• Product curiosity. You don't need to know everything, but you need to want to.

• Accountability. You do what you say you'll do.

• Flexibility — working evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the role.

• Fluency in Danish and English.

• A background as a Make Up Artist is a strong plus for some of these roles, but not a requirement across the board.

Practical information

We're looking to move quickly — recruitment starts in early June and roles begin in early August. You'll need to be available from the last week of July for introduction. If that works for you, don't wait to apply.
