ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking talented Customer Service Agents for an intermittent, part-time role during our peak periods and busy times. To be successful in the role, you will provide excellent support, have great communication skills and exceed customer expectations.

Since the hours vary depending on need, we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. It's a great fit if you're studying or have another part-time job.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming cases via email

  • Contact third parties or transport distributors to resolve questions about package delivery.

  • Respond to customer complaints, comments and reviews

  • Guiding our customers and answering questions regarding our assortment

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Experience in customer service or similar positions

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

  • Basic technical skills and experience working in customer service software programs

  • Capacity to familiarize yourself with new systems and easily absorb new information

  • Team player with positive energy and commitment to solving problems

  • Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry

The role starts in early November and it's important that you're available during our peak period in November and December.
