ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Partnership & PR Lead to drive CAIA’s Partnership & PR strategies and work in the UK, one of our most important growth markets, in collaboration with the Head of Partnership & PR and the UK team.
This is a role where you will shape how CAIA is seen, talked about and recommended in the UK, from long-term ambassadorships and high-value creator partnerships to press strategy, performance-driven Partnership Ads and affiliate partnerships. You will represent CAIA in the UK, leading negotiations with creators, talent agencies, press and partners.
You will join our Global Partnership & PR team, where the UK is a shared priority. You will work hand in hand with everyone driving CAIA's growth in the market, and most closely with the team members focused on the UK. You will report to the Head of Partnership & PR and collaborate with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM and E-com teams. This role is perfect for an experienced, commercially minded Partnership & PR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, and who knows the UK beauty and creator landscape inside out.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the UK Partnership & PR strategy, plan, KPIs and budget, aligned with global goals
Be CAIA’s weekly presence in the UK, building relationships with creators, MUAs, press, agencies and partners and showing up at industry events
Make Partnership Ads a core growth driver, from sourcing content and rights to whitelisting and scaling with Performance Marketing
Build and manage the UK ambassador and long-term creator programme
Negotiate contracts with creators, celebrities and agencies on usage rights, paid usage, exclusivity and deliverables
Grow the UK affiliate network, from recruitment to commissions and performance
Lead UK PR, including press relations, launches, beauty awards and reactive PR
Align all creator, PR and UGC efforts with the global team and build scalable processes and reporting
Produce UK events and activations end-to-end
Monitor brand reputation and support crisis communication
Report on reach, EMV, Partnership Ads, sales impact and ROI per partner, and use the insights to improve
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
You have a genuine passion for beauty and social media, and you always keep an eye out for new trends and new people to collaborate with. You're a natural networker, a positive and hands-on doer, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where we both plan and execute in-house. You work well in a team and are just as comfortable driving your own projects. You're highly structured, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
