Media Buying Manager
About us
CAIA Cosmetics was founded by Bianca Ingrosso in 2018 with a simple belief: beauty of the highest quality should be within reach. Our products are crafted with intention, designed for effortless use, and aspire to create the best feel. With formulations drawn from carefully chosen ingredients, each product is made in distinguished factories around the world. When you choose CAIA, you’re choosing more than just a beauty product; you’re embracing our unwavering commitment to quality and care, reflected in your own glow.
We are a fast-growing beauty brand built for the digital world, with a passionate community and an ambitious team that loves moving fast, learning fast, and building something meaningful together.
We’re now strengthening our team with a Media Buying Manager who’s eager to help drive our brand forward through data-driven advertising. You’ll be part of our broader Commercial team – a collaborative and forward-thinking group that’s always working to improve and grow together.
As a Media Buying Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and optimizing our digital advertising efforts—primarily across Meta, but also other platforms as needed. You’ll ensure that our campaigns are built on sound strategy, backed by data, and structured to maximize return on investment.

Maintain technical integrity of ad accounts, including CAPI setup, Events Manager troubleshooting, and data flow verification.
Translate business goals into paid media KPIs, ensuring that financial objectives (like contribution margin) are effectively reflected in campaign metrics.
Provide cross-functional insights, offering recommendations on creative, landing pages, and offer development based on media performance.
Scale spend effectively while maintaining or improving performance KPIs.
Anticipate and adapt to market changes, ensuring the strategy evolves with seasonality, platform shifts, and audience behavior.
