About the role

As Head of Social Media, you will shape and execute CAIA’s social media strategy, driving engagement, brand growth, and alignment with business objectives. Leading a talented team, you’ll oversee content planning, campaign integration, and performance tracking, ensuring excellence across all platforms. With a focus on both strategy and execution, you’ll play a key role in elevating CAIA’s digital presence and connecting with our global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement CAIA’s social media strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team to achieve outstanding results.
• Oversee and own the social media calendar, ensuring timely and impactful content delivery.
• Drive audience growth and engagement through best-in-class social media practices.
• Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize strategies, and report progress to the CMO and CEO.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate social media with marketing and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with CAIA’s tone of voice and brand identity.

Essential experiences and qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in social media strategy and team leadership.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results through digital campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strategic and executional mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
