ABOUT THE ROLE
As our organization expands, so do the demands on IT. We need dedicated IT operations support to improve efficiency, enhance security, and reduce manual processes. Right now, too much time is spent fixing issues instead of driving improvements.
Your role will be essential in supporting the business with IT-related tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and working on long-term improvements. Whether it’s troubleshooting, automation, or security enhancements, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our IT environment.
We welcome applications from both recent graduates with an IT background and those with some hands-on experience in IT operations. The role will be tailored based on your skills and potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and improve IT incident handling (e.g., missing orders, system integration issues, slow computers).
• Take ownership of IT security frameworks, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security risk mitigation.
• Support data processes, including basic extractions, integrations, and ensuring accurate data loading.
• Handle user account management, access rights, and onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, automation, and process improvements.
  

WHO YOU ARE

• You have an IT-related education and are either a recent graduate or have some hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or infrastructure.
• You enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• You’re structured, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
• You have a proactive mindset and want to be part of a growing company where IT is key to success.
• Bonus: Experience with basic scripting, automation, or data handling is a plus but not required.
