ABOUT THE ROLE
As our organization grows, the demands on IT are outpacing current capacity. We need dedicated IT operations support to enable growth, enhance security, and minimize manual processes. Too much time is spent fixing issues rather than driving improvements.

For example, streamlining processes like seeding shows how much faster and efficient we could be with more IT support. Without additional resources, critical priorities like AI enablement, security upgrades, and system optimization are being delayed.

Our expansion into B2B channels, new markets, and physical stores is adding complexity to IT operations. Each new system and process increases workload, risks errors, and demands more IT input. Scaling also brings higher expectations from senior staff for advanced systems, automation, and detailed reporting—further straining resources.

This role is essential to maintain smooth operations, support business growth, and meet rising demands. It will bring the capacity needed to enhance IT processes, reduce errors, and focus on strategic priorities that drive organizational success.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop incident handling processes (e.g., missing orders, integration failures, slow computers) and maintain daily IT operations.
• Own the IT security framework, implement Mobile Device Management (MDM), and mitigate security risks.
• Assist with data fetching, basic extractions, and simple integrations with data sources. Ensure data loading processes run smoothly and data is loaded accurately.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding processes.
• Support IT projects like system upgrades and process improvements.
