We’re seeking a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing Team in Stockholm. In this role, you will create high-quality visual assets that engage and inspire.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Digital Campaign Assets
  Turning internal briefs and conceptual ideas into impactful campaign materials that resonate with target audiences. For example: design landing pages, edit images and video for web needs.
• Adapt Visual for Marketing Channels
  Develop creative assets for various channels, including owned digital platforms and social media to drive sales.
• Ensure Brand Consistency
  Working closely with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure visual consistency and quality across all channels that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Optimise Performance
  Collaborating with stakeholders to refine creative work based on learnings from past campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.
  
  

WHO YOU ARE

• Reliable, ambitious, and eager to take initiative.
• A passion for beauty
• A strong portfolio showcasing your communication design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Express
• Previous experience as a Junior Graphic Designer. Experience in the beauty industry or a digital agency is a plus
• Experience creating data-driven designs
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset, ready to share knowledge and adapt assets to fit the market and business needs

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in Junior Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus.
