ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be an essential part of CAIA's Global Marketing Team, focusing on Partnerships and PR in one of our key markets, Sweden. With your experience in the industry and expertise in the Swedish market, you will work closely with your well-established network of Swedish influencers, press, and other key contacts. Your responsibilities will include daily in-person meetings, organizing and coordinating PR send-outs, and planning and executing impactful events. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving our goals in Sweden by building and strengthening key relationships.

You will also proactively manage CAIA's crisis communication, working closely with the Partnership & PR Manager and the CMO. This includes proactively identifying potential risks to the brand, crafting clear and effective messages to address issues, and managing communications during challenging situations to secure CAIA's reputation.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all press and influencer contacts daily within the Swedish market, ensuring the best relationships throughout the market
• Hold regular in-person meetings with partners in the market to strengthen collaboration
• Manage and oversee projects, including online and offline activations such as PR, influencer marketing, press, events, and customer activations
• Collaborate with the Partnership & PR Manager to develop, execute, and own the PR plan for the Swedish market
• Negotiate agreements and contracts with external parties
• Put event concepts into practice for actual events
• Continuously improve processes while identifying new opportunities for increasing online awareness through social media
• Focus daily on meeting the Global Marketing Team’s budgets and KPI

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

Your passion for the beauty and social media industries drives you to achieve ambitious goals. You stay ahead of trends, constantly identifying new opportunities for collaborations and developing creative event concepts to enhance our online visibility. In addition, you'll take responsibility for the brand image in the market.

• You have a well-established network within the Swedish press and influencer industry, knowing most key contacts in the market
• You are positive, outgoing, and have a strong ability to build good relationships and networks
• You have excellent project management and administrative skills
• You are structured and organized, with experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• A team player who also thrives working independently
• You are available for monthly travel, sometimes on short notice
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience to this position, where the last ones have been with a focus on the Swedish market
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
