ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People & Culture Intern, you'll be an integral part of our People team, consisting of the Head of People & Culture and our Office Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and administrative support, you'll contribute to initiatives that shape our company culture and employee experience.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Provide general administrative support to the People team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in HR and company culture. 

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

We’re flexible with both the start date and the duration of the internship. This opportunity is a great fit if you're currently studying and have an internship period coming up, or if you’ve recently graduated and are looking for a hands-on experience before taking your next step.
