ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a central part of CAIA's marketing team, responsible for Partnerships and PR at markets such as Finland & Netherlands, and other new markets. You'll work to increase brand awareness, organize and execute events, work to achieve your market's goals, and establish the best relationships with partnerships such as influencers, press contacts, makeup artists, and so on through your markets.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management, organizing, and overseeing online and offline activations within your markets, mostly for influencer marketing but also for other types of activations such as pr, events, and customer activations.
• Negotiations of set-ups and contracts for PR agencies, Influencers, ambassadors and so on.
• Put event concepts into practice for actual events
• Continuously improve the process while looking for new options for online awareness via social media
• Daily focus – reaching your and the marketing team's budgets and KPIs
• Provide profile content to other departments such as CRM, E-commerce, SoMe, and Performance Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS
As a candidate for the position, you have a strong interest in the beauty and social media industry, you're driven to accomplish both quantitative and qualitative objectives.

To raise our online viability, you're always searching for new social media trends to implement and looking for new people to collaborate with, you keep yourself updated and come up with relevant event ideas to increase our online presence. Additionally, you're a natural networker who builds strong connections with industry professionals. You also like working in an energetic, fast-paced environment and find it enjoyable to negotiate contracts to the best of your ability. At CAIA, we both plan and execute in-house – being hands-on is key.

• Ideally +4 years of related job experience
• Ideally a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field
• Excellent project management and administrative abilities
• Structured and organized, with experience managing several projects parallel at the same time
• Positive, outgoing personality with a strong relationship-building and networking mindset
• Team player with a strong ability to work independently
• You're available to travel monthly, sometimes with short notice
  
• Not required but a plus if you have worked with Partnerships & PR within the Finnish & Dutch markets.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. More spoken and written languages are meritorious.
